just as the theme has bin of the last 2-3 weeks of training my mockmeet sucked.
squat when i did 170kg which was my “1st” attempt, it went grindy, i decided not to go up.
105kg bench first attempt went BAD. 110kg second went Good, 115kg 3rd went nowhere.
Deadlift all the way up to 170kg it went fairly good, then 180kg i just dropped the bar and didnt even get it from the ground.
Why was the mockmeet so bad?
i’ve bin having a nasty cold past 2-ish days. Stumach hurt this morning.
Further more, trainings bin off last 2 -3 weeks, and my hips where just feeling TERRIBLE.
So, had i bin not sick the past 2 days, had my hips felt better i do think a 180-190kg squat/deadlift would’ve bin in there. the 115 bench was also technique, which is something i need to work on ALLOT.
Now imma change the plan, take a good look at my form, and hopefully hit some big numbers in 2018.
For 2018 goals atm:
215 + kg squat
120kg bench
220+ kg deadlift
Eh, these are really lowballing for a entire year of training, but ill see.

They really aren’t. I know guys who’ve been training for over three years who haven’t hit 200 kg squat yet, or a 120 kg bench, or a 220 kg deadlift. If you can add 15 kg, or even 5-10 per cent to your total every year, consistently, that’s huge: 150 kg in 10 years. Yes, early on you’ll probably be able to add more than that per year but just take that as a bonus.
True. DIdn’t think about that, I was just basing it off my progress this year.

strongman training:
max effort log press (75kg was my max today) fuck log press is hard. I do wanna practise this more.
1 minute amrap logpress (35kg womans logg) got like 20 reps, was fairly easy.)
Max effort farmer walk for 10 meters 90kg per hand, 180kg total. This was hard.
I attempted 200kg but not in there just yet.
Max effort yoke walk 10 meters in under 10 seconds
did 180kg also, i did it in 13 seconds, pretty cool.
