Doesnt this look kinda sexy?

Yes but not because of the navy and blue… in spite of it lol

Agree that navy and red is a crime against fashion/sexiness

squat
Warmup
135kg x 2
140kg x 2
152kg x 2
157,5kg x 1
160kg x 2 (maintained form, but was kinda grindy. I think i could have done maybe 1 more rep. Squats where also feeling off due to being kind off sick since Wednesday. )

Bench:
Worked up to a single of 107,5kg. Fairly easy, Nothing much to say about bench. It’s moving in the direction i want it to move.

Deadlift
1x1 @ rpe 8,5
170kg, Matching my best ever deadlift! Think in 2 weeks i’ve got some decent pr’s in me.
500kg total? Maybe.
60kg x 15 deadlift to finish it off, was planned to a double at 152,5kg, but didnt have the time.

Now that shit looks photoshopped hard lol and kinda underwhelming. Not really anything there I’d buy instantly but might hit up that shirt

EDIT Nvm can’t get that shit in Australia yet.

Squat and DL look fine to me. Bench all reds, your butt came way up. Probably help if you get your feet further back. Try under your hips if you can.

Thanks for the feedback. Ill do that, Benching somewhat heavy tomorrow, so ill give it a shot!

Whatever works to keep your butt down…

-2018 training plan’s so far-
So, 2018 is coming closer, and i havent thought jackshit about my training. Iknow i’m competing at a meet in june, and after that probably one in september.
So up until about mid to end april i’ve got a building phase.

Some stuff:

  • Hamstrings/glutes. I think i’m gonna have to start doing GHR on a lat machine, maybe hip thrusts.
  • back, I’m gonna continue to increase back strength by rowing. I think my priorities lean towards the typical barbell row.
  • Bodyweight exercises, I wanna do more dips and chin ups. I think this will help my bench/deadlift both.
  • Beltless training, And direct ab work. (last time i did this, i noticed a insane increase in strength.

Further, idk yet. I’m open to suggestions. And i’ll probably talk to some people irl about this to.

Try hot-glueing your ass to the bench. Painful, but effective

Sumo and more SBD

Sumo does sound kinda interesting…

Actually rep PRed sumo and conventional today 180 x 8 and 160 x 10 respectively so you can see that cheating is the way to go

good shit.
I need to just get better at deads…
like our squats are pretty similar levels strength wise, yet your deadlift surpasses mine by like 50-60kg

Try sumo srsly. might be for you. If you are more legs than back then might work out well. Conventional is great assistance so not like that’s going anywhere

Ive tried it a couple times before, My hips end up hurting to much to justify going on with it.
