Fruity pebbles and kool-aid is bullshit. The easiest change to make to your diet is to trade all calorie containing drinks for crystal light or just plain water. Make a bowl of oatmeal w/ some whey and berries instead of the fruity pebbles.
I was in the middle of trying to type a somewhat long and attempt at inspirational post to try and help get you out of this funk/depression/period of hardship you are in, when the page refreshed and I saw your second post.
Now I’m thinking, if you are getting 8+ hours of sleep a day, eating crap, not working out, then complaining about not having enough money to pay for college you are probably being somewhat lazy.
Admitting bad dietary habits, the easiest to get rid of, talking about staying up all night at a casino, then saying you can barely pay for college.
I may be wrong however and I mean no offense.
How many hours a week are you working? Can you find a second job or work more hours? Can you get a loan for school, not that I recommend it, but if you have no other option I would consider it.
If that is what is causing you stress, I think you should be focusing on figuring out ways to make more money or cut down on some of the money you are spending. Make a budget, ask for some monetary assistance from family, just do something.
You might have to cut down on some sleep and work a little harder, not that it is an optimal environment for building muscle or losing fat, but life takes the priority of any of this stuff.
I am working out, I work at home as well, on the computer… and maybe 30 hours but I work them straight through (very little breaks due to time constraints) Sometimes I will put 18 hours of work into a day and then sleep 12, its bad. I work out 3 to 4 days a week on a regular split, with primary lifts.
I don’t spend a ton of money, I just have gas and college payments right now. Are fruity pebbles really THAT BAD? I mean, I compared them side by side with other shit cereals that are passable for breakfast (special k, grapenuts etc.) and really, most cereals are very similar in nutrition.
I also don’t have any whey right now, I mean, I do, but its strawberry and I’m NOT FUCKING DRINKING THAT STANK EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. I’ll eat a chicken breast instead, thanks. When I get some more money I’ll get back to the good stuff.
Really though, the past few weeks have just been hard hitting, I’ve had terrible headaches and I’ve just been pissy a lot. It isn’t PMS, I checked, I have balls.

Go outside.
That always cheers me up.
I’m 22, by the way. And I accept nothing less than compliance and eating clean foods. I’m okay with you eating your sunchips, but how much better would your results have been without them?
Also, if you don’t want me to make fun of your eating habits, why post about them in a post about, “how bad you feel” and than you “can’t be happy.”
Have fun! and good luck!
