Nice work, and there’s nothing like hot coals and steak. I just cooked a 1/3 lb burger for my wife and a 2/3 lb burger for myself, both with egg mixed into the meat, and goat cheese melted on top, with spinach, tomato, and lite mayo on a wheat bun.

I’ll be “cutting” for another couple weeks to get to 200 then it’s on like donkey Kong!
