@blshaw Thanks. But I think I follow that advice. I have not started any new drugs with the testosterone. Im not taking AI(hope never will need to) and I’ve not started HCG yet.

Cool bro. Just imparting some wisdom… I see a lot of folks getting suggestions all over the place. I also see a lot of impatience but understand its a marathon not a sprint. You seem way more informed than the average first timer.

My suggestions are simply to keep things as simple as possible and try to forget you’re even taking anything.

Give it a few months without worrying about every little feeling every day and at some point you’ll wake up and be confident that you feel so much better or you’ll realize you still feel like crap. It’s too hard to tell on a day to day basis and it’s just too early in your case.

This worrying about every detail every day just makes it too easy to over think every little thing. I’m guilty of it too.

Guilty of that. I’m used to overthink like that every important thing in my life. Great point

I guess some of us are wired for survival more than others willing to do whatever it takes to be healthy. I see some guys unable to stop bad habits and don’t have what it takes to change, I believe this is nature’s way of getting rid of the weak making way for only the strong to survive.

Natural selection is still in play.

are injections are a good habit ?
drug users love injections too

TRT injections often make people infertile. natural selection too ?

You have an unhealthy mind and your attitude is bad, you have too much negativity. Injections is a good habit if it improves your health, a bad habit if it makes you unhealthy (drugs), doing nothing is a bad habit that leads to a poor state of health.

TRT injections may make some men infertile, but there are ways around that. It seems nature has wired you for failure because you give up so easily. If any of what I’m saying upsets you, own it and do something about it.

TRT wired me for healthy habits, when on TRT I lose the craving for sugars and unhealthy food, but when I have low testosterone, I tend to eat more unhealthy. TRT improves not only your mind, but also your body.

Am I reading this right? You said you are worried about your elevated prolactin that the new T caused, have been on cabergoline yet your prolactin is technically not even midrange.

You asked about my prolactin. It’s 50% higher than the top of the range which means it doesn’t matter. It’s been that way for a while. Folks taking cabergoline have prolactin levels in the 1000’s and a tumor. I don’t know how you have issues associated with taking magnesium or melatonin but none of the issues are related to cabergoline.

Prolactin was around 170 on 3 measurements before trT on the same caber dosage, but after only one week on TRT immediately jumped to 190 and I wanted to stop the caber soon after initiation of TRT. You get my point?

No I don’t. You’re raising your testosterone so your body is going to adjust levels of other things accordingly. Plus the first 3 months shit is going to be all out of whack and testing levels during that time is just going to lead to a mentality that somethings wrong. My prolactin is around 500 on your scale. No issues. I’m just saying be careful letting numbers scare you. When there isn’t a problem they are just numbers.

Ok, got that

If you need the caber then you need it. I’m just saying be careful as I know I’m personally prone to making up problems where they may not exist. Once you’ve committed to there being a problem it’s hard to stop.

Yes, sometimes also when I tend to think something is not right look for problems everywhere.

But the doctor has told me for now to keep the cabergoline, maybe because of the empty cella. Nobody is sure if this pituitary malformation can be structuraly improved by the cabergoline

@ineedenergy why are you trolling this forum? You don’t have the slightest idea what you’re talking about. You are clearly a troll. There is not a single true statement that you have made anywhere on this forum. Why are you here?

Just rocked at the gym. I haven’t had such training since I was 19-20.

Normally when I workout I put a lot of effort and focus, but just I don’t feel it. Don’t feel the energy, desire to lift weights - its all forced by will power and with zero desire.

Now it was totally different. First yesterday at the morning I had heavy workout with 4 sets deadlift and etc. Then after work did 30 minutes cardio. Today I woke up with all muscles hurting(like usual). But now at the gym I just destroyed it. I had more energy, did more reps in every set and felt I could do more.

I cannot believe such small increase in total testosterone from 18 to 23 nmol/l gives me so much power at the gym. It’s like my hands were tied up to now. And for the record, it’s not a placebo

It’s in your head. The testosterone has not had enough time to exert any effect whatsoever. It is absolutely psychosomatic at this point. Testosterone does not work the way you believe it does. You’ll understand this once you’ve been doing this for a few years. Again, a reason why you should not be handing out advice regarding TRT. Take the stuff, see how it makes you feel over time, get a better understanding of it, have some experience under your belt, and THEN you can start offering advice as to what worked or didn’t work for you. You JUST started.

because i was told about only 2 solutions for my problems: trt or wellbutrin. so i’m researching

You’re making statements about TRT in a TRT forum with zero understanding about TRT. Why? Why not simply ask questions? Why not start your own thread and list some questions you are curious about? The statements you are making here are beyond ridiculous.

You can tell me as much as you want that it is in my head, but it is not. My libido has also improved in the last days. You can accept everybody is different. Usually my body is very sensitive to everything and the slightest change can change a lot.
