In one week total testosterone jumped from 18 to 23 which may explain why I feel a little bit better. I’m worried a bit about the increase in proalctin that I suspected would happen. I’m still on cabergoline and hoped to be able to stop it once I go on TRT. I guess the prolactin will be increasing more together with the testosterone.
@dextermorgan were you one of the guys with elevated prolactin on TRT?
The increase proves sub-q works beautifully for me and I will most probably not need to bother with IM
So, in your opinion (or logic if you prefer), if I had diabetes… Then injecting insulin every day would be a stone age bandaid?
I have primary hypogonadism, so my testicles have failed and no longer produce adequate amounts of testosterone. Low testosterone is the cause of several cardiovascular and age related illnesses, and my body just quit making it. In your logic, I should not be going the stone age route of injecting myself.
What would you suggest? Is there a testicular transplant or something that would be considered modern enough to pass your litmus test? Or if I was secondary, could you tell me of space age doctor that can magically repair my pituitary?
I’m all ears and sincerely open to any alternative ideas.
you dont wanna research why your balls or pituitary failed. you want quick shitty lazy fix - trt.
its the same with diabetics. everyone is happy with quick fixes.
you dont demand - they dont invent and dont reseach.
I apologize. I guess that I just inferred that since you stated that these methods were “stone age”, that you had already invented a more modern way of handling these issues within the human body, or maybe were privy to information on someone who had?
Or maybe you know someone with a time machine that can reverse the clock for me? Maybe I could go back and tell my younger self not to eat bad shit and take care of my body better, then I won’t have issues today?
That would be AWESOME!!
Oh wait…that may not work. What if it’s genetic? Damn! It was such a great idea though.
I’m still interested in the time machine solution though. Maybe I can travel to 3019 where these modern methods and cures exist, and find a way to get them back to today? Hey! That might work!!
So what do you suggest I do in the meantime, while I’m screaming at the top of my lungs for a cure, and the researchers are sweating night and day over their beakers, frantically mixing this compound and that one, wincing with every crack of my whip?
Should I suffer for the next 15-20 years while they develop this miracle? I’m way too lazy for that. I’m so selfish and lazy, that I won’t even tolerate a headache for too long until I go and find a quick fix ibuprofen to knock that out, so I can’t imagine that I would have enough grit and work ethic to suffer through a couple heart attacks while I wait for this miracle to be developed.
@dextermorgan Love your posts man. This is so true. @vonko1988 Listen to this advice. When I started TRT they put my on Test, HCG, Dim, Arimadex, and even progesterone. Right off the bat. I knew nothing better at the time. I spent over a year trying to balance all these drugs. Meanwhile I suffered from E2 issues, lipid effects, etc. After spending years on this forum, debating KSmans protocols and then Physiolojiks I decided to run straight Test for awhile. It took a few months but turns out THATS ALL I NEEDED. I’m not saying everyone is the same… but less is more and most can find a test dose that makes them feel good with NO OTHER DRUGS needed. Just food for thought. Good luck in your journey and I will keep following.
