Vonko1988 TRT Log

Yeah, I was surprised how closely they matched each other, makes me think the half-lives are really closer than typically “thought”. Or it’s too small of a study to really say for sure, who knows. Either way, they are close.

I did notice they adjusted the dose slightly on one to account for the difference in ester weight. I don’t remember the exact numbers, I think it was 200mg vs. 194mg or something like that.

Not for me, I test from time to time. I am hyper allergic to a lot of things, and its most severe for everything in the AM for some reason (cortisol rhythms?). Its like a hypnotic stupor. I don’t\cant eat breakfast for example. Doing a Subq T shot in the AM makes all the other allergies come back full force.

I continue using this UGL cypionate.
It feels very potent. The sleepiness seems to have almost disappeared. But it is like the test in general feels too strong. I feel a bit more easily agitated and mood not so perfect. Otherwise Im sharp and energetic. Sleep is good so far.

Is it possible this to be because I inject IM, the UGL substance is more absorbable than the sustanon, or because I stopped sustann 2 weeks ago I may have very high levels now?

@dextermorgan @ncsugrad2002 @middleages any thoughts?

UGL’s gear could be dosed higher than advertised. Plus decanoate HL is 15 days so you’ll still have some of the sust floating around.

This UGL test is produced by a friend of mine who is a producer. He swears it is dosed up to microgram and that his source is better quality than most pharma products. He also says I can feel that way because for some reason his stuff is faster absorbed in the blood stream than the sustanon due to I quote “Better quality of preparation”. Whatever that means…And it is not propinate instead of cyp. It was also damn expensive(I like clean bills with my friends so I bought it on the value he normally sells it)

Yep maybe that as well but shouldnt be too weak already and Im not sure cyp is already well build up…

I never felt anything when I tried subQ. Switched to IM and it was like night and day with being able to tell the day after I had taken something. More energy, etc. Almost like caffeine but not jittery. After a few weeks things leveled out and I don’t notice it any more

But I guess you still feel sharp?

Haha yeah right

The pharma test sources are not as constant as you think at least not all brands all over the world. I know people that work in this industry. They also get their sources from China from the same manufacturers

Seeing from your labs, your ferritin levels are too high which points to you having some type of inflammation (possibly chronic since the ones I have seen have been between 220-270). Over 110 and that starts to pointing to you having some kind of inflammation. And chronic inflammation can absolutely cause a bunch of your hormones to get out of whack like testosterone, adrenals (chronic inflammation, especially from a chronic infection is very hard on your adrenal glands), thyroid and etc.

I had pretty similar ferritin levels as you and I have been very sick for a couple of years which turns out I had a couple of undiagnosed chronic infections which had fucked up a bunch of my hormones.

Find out why you most likely have some type of inflammation and the work on it fixing it. Do that and I can promise you that you will feel a lot better.

As much as I’ve talked to doctors 210 ferritin is not that high and not necessarily means infection. As much as I know low ferritin is much worse
I may have inflammation, but it is too easy to say find what is the reason. I’ve made all kinds of tests and been to all kinds of specialists and nobody seems to be able to find that. And all my other inflammatory markers seem low.
Also test may improve inflammatory processes over time, as we know it has anti-inflammatory effect

Alright, you do you but ferritin values over 200+, especially over 250+, is pretty much always as a result of some kind of inflammation in your body. Even if it just a low level of inflammation, the problems really start when you constantly have it for a long time and it becomes chronic.

It can be hard to found out what is causing your inflammation, I went years of meeting 20+ different doctors and specialists and all tests came back “normal” (except for a high ferritin value of 180-300), until I tested myself for tick borne infections which came back positive. Now after treating it, my ferritin is finally starting to go down and I am starting to feel good for the first time in many years.

Have you tested yourself for tick borne infections like borrelia, bartonella, babesia and etc?

If so and it came back negative, check out the list of possible causes of inflammation here Inflammation: Hashimoto's or non-autoimmune hypothyroid of any cause - Stop The Thyroid Madness and see if you can test them. Some people for example get low level chronic inflammation from certain types of food and once they remove them, their inflammation goes away and they feel great.

To be honest no. Im not sure if they are tested in my country I need to check

Good, if they don’t test in your country, you can order a self-kit test from Germany that will test for all kinds of tick borne diseases.

Also, I saw your prolactin was a bit over the range, do you know why that would be the case. If you don’t know why, it might be worth checking out since high prolactin can cause a bunch of different sides effect in men, like low libido for example.

I have empty sella and Im keeping my prolactine within range from a year ago with caber. THe last test I was running before drawing blood so I think it was a bit off. I will look into these tests from Germany
But to be honest now my greatest hopes are within 2-3 weeks I will feel better when the new ester will have built up. I think when transfering between sustanon and cypionate it is normal to feel OFF for some time, right?

It is good that you are keeping prolactin in check. What dose of caber are you using?

I had a prolactin value a couple of points over the reference range and just 0.125mg e3.5d crashed my prolactin.

Yeah, give it a couple of weeks and it is should be good.

Im taking 2x0.25mg. Before TRT it was in the 160s on that dosage, after I started TRT it jumped around 100 units. For now I dont see how I can stop the caber

Stay on it for few weeks and see how it goes.
Otherwise do your injections at night.
Any way you can get some proper pharma grade enanthate? It’s pretty common in Europe.

I use the Spanish pharma grade and it’s quite cheap too.

With empty sella, will you always have high prolactin unless you take caber?

Have you tried a high dose of vitamin b6 p5p for the prolactin?
