How much is the wastage with your type of syringes?

Dont know man and I dont care much testosterone I use is extremely cheap

It’s very cheap but it’s a hassle to preload and I’d rather do it once every 11 days then every 8 lol.

I agree. He needs to really wait it out.

Add theanine, melatonin, gaba, magnesium Glycinate, DHEA and ashwagandah before bed.

Dexter said it . Give it months. Lower sugar intake and try to eat less before bed.

The body is changing.

Bro, all this seems masking the problem to me. Im already taking a lot of supplements.
I’ve tried magnesium bissglycinate and DHEA before sleep and they actually make it WORSE.
Aswagandha Im taking now, but it is adaptogen and its effect wears off

The last thing you need is more stuff :laughing:

I agree…

I made a cortisol saliva test before consulting my US doctor next week. As I suspected cortisol peaks 5-6 at morning when I wake up:

||Cortisol, morning 5.30 o’clock|sal||12.57|nmol/l|0 - 24.10|ECLIA|
||Cortisol, обеГен 12.00 o’clock.|sal||3.34|nmol/l|0 - 9.65|ECLIA|
||Cortisol, слеГобеГен 16.00 o’clock.|sal||<0.500|nmol/l|0 - 9.65|ECLIA|
||Cortisol, нощен 23.00 o’clock |sal||<0.500|nmol/l|0 - 11.30|ECLIA|

@dextermorgan @johann77 how reliable do you think is this test?

Vonko, I know we inject the same amount of HCG daily, but do you inject your test daily too? How long did it take for you to really start noticing the positive change once you started out of interest?

Yes I inject 20mg daily sub-q sustanon.

To be honest I felt better mood and libido from the first 3-4 days. People say it is a placebo, but I think the propinate component in the sustanon kicked in on top of my natural test. possibly the phenylpropinate too. Although small amount, it was like 30 percent of what I was maybe producing naturally. This is only a theory of mine of course.
Really I started to feel change 2 weeks in, then 2.5 weeks in I felt very depressed because natural test stopped. Then my load and sensitivity came down. I added HCG and once I dialed that Ive been relatively a lot better, with the exception of the sleep issues and some apetite burst that happen every time I change something.

Anyone about that?

I will change the injection time of the HCG from after work Im doing now to early morning. Will see if this will help sleep

I consulted the doctor from US.

Unfortunately he could not say exactly what is the reason for the wake up issue but seems cortisol related and according to him my body is stressed although Im not feeling stressed like before TRT. So I understood I should try the following:

  1. First as most easy I will change the time of my testosterone injection from morning to evening. A few people here were fixed this way although they were with enanthate or cypionate

  2. I will get from amazon magnesium glycinate and will buy here now foods l-theanine he suggested exactly these 2 supplements

  3. He was not sure how much this could help but if the above 2 are not enough I will switch to enanthate

He said something that worried me a lot as we talked to HCG. He said in time my body will stop responding so well to HCG because it builds antibodies and I will need to cycle it. Does anybody here has data about that? I thought there are some long time HCG users around…

Did he tell you what specifically the L-Theanine does? I may try it too. Already using Mag Glycinate.

No he didnt but I read it reduces stress and improves gaba secretion. Indont like to take such things normally sounds like side effects

That’s the most redicukous comment I’ve ever heard. The body does not need to cycle HCG. Ask him for evidence and studies. Not one study, but studies.

Intelligent professionals would never base all of their therapy on one study. They need over whelming evidence to pursued such a idea. Especially something so out of left field like cycling hcg.

Wtf

Dont know man Im researching this topic now and luckily I do not find evidence supporting such claim but on many places they mention dessintezation but on higher doses than mine

Its nonsense dont listen to them. its unfortunate a medical doctor is spewing this crap . I would email and ask him where did he learn about this and to send it to you. He won’t.

@vonko1988 I know I’ve mentioned this many, many times but… Have you EVER tried ditching the HCG and increasing your dose of Sustanon to compensate?

No Danny I havent but when I started the HCG Ive become very numb down there and HCG fixed this in a matter of 1-2 days also load was back to normal so I feel a lot of benefits from it.

Do you think HCG makes some negative on me? I know you do not approve using it all the time and I respect your position…

I do not have any of the complains people report from HCG

Also the wake up early issue started way before HCG
