Hey everyone!

Started a thread like this on MWA… thought I would bring it on over here too! This is a thread for chicks lifting BIG WEIGHTS! Tons of the women on the MWA talk about lifting heavy and here is the perfect place to show it! =)

Here is a cool video of me doing Rack Dead’s from mid-thigh on Tuesday night. Oh yeah… there’s 8 plates on there… that’s 405… you read that right 4-0-5! =D

I was beyond pumped. I pulled it once with no straps, no belt… but couldn’t hang on for very long… so I grabbed straps (still no belt) and pulled it for a set of 4… then grabbed a camera and pulled it for another set of 5. I hope you guys (and gals) find it motivating! Now all I wanna do is go lift more BIG WEIGHT! =D

great thread

Thanks it is important to let women know they can lift heavy things and do some amazing things in the gym and still look like a girl  I have been very lucky that I have been able to train some very beautiful and very strong females.

Check this out ladies very cool

I am very excited. I finally hit 250lb on my bench today. It wasn’t pretty but I did it. Know i just need to add a pause.[/quote]

Really nice setup and technique. Don’t give in to shirt and let bar slide off “bubble”, hold it in groove with lats till you touch. Look at video off last 2 inches to chest. Very very strong and impressive lift.

Women benchers have the greatest technique.

Congrats.

not a woman lifting but crazy lol

Glute ham raise for a set of 10 with a 45 lb plate! =D

It’s not heavy but here is one of my clients 15 years old learning to squat … It is amazing how deep she can go considering how long her legs are … She conpeats in water skiing

This is sweet !!!
Strong fit and athletic and a doggie

HOT DAMN! All three of those vids on the first page! Why is there no hot babes at the YMCA? the closest thing I’ve seen is a decent looking chick come in last week, go on the tread mill for…a walk?!..and then leave.

That was a nice metabolic circuit…actually both of them. I can’t wait to try it out.

She made 250 look eaaasy!

Yes she is pretty amazing I try and put up her videos when ever she puts a new video out.

She is a great
example of what every women could be strong fit
and athletic … Here bodyweight is around 135 which makes it
even more impressive

Due to some recent events… I believe Big Jim will be off Powerful Women for a while… so he asked me to post this video for him (she is 8 months pregnant and it looks like she is squatting close to 100 lbs):

**** Don’t try this without consulting your Doc! I would imagine she was lifting nice and heavy LONG before she found out she was pregnant! =D
