Do you set up this way with your shirt on? If so, do you have problems with it coming unseated?

Awesome!!! But seriously, Claire, when are you going to find a descent spotter and put some weight on the bar??? I would love to see what you could do, without wasting strength on racking and unracking! ![]()
Keep it up!!!

I don’t know how the first one felt to you but honestly, it looked like a weight you do for reps.
I’ll be happy if I get my final attempt of 140 kg next week.

Agreed! That’s an awesome bench and I LOVE watching your technique for getting your feet underneath you and getting a good arch and sitting up on your upper back… awesome![/quote]
Thank you ![]()

Yes - A pull my shirt down between every set and use a belt to hold it down. I don’t have a problem with the shirt riding up when using Inzer shirts but it is a pain with the Titan Fury. I am hoping to purchase a katana with the scoop neck soon.

I hadn’t read all the recent posts about DLing so I thought we were still talking bench. So I said “I’m pretty sure you mean lbs…”
I’m a little slow. I blame the blonde hair.

I know. I know. I was so thrilled that my daughter is in middle school now so I can get to the gym before the perverts show up but know I realize I have no spotters. The gym is completely empty when i train. The early morning crowd is gone to work and the unemployed are still in bed ![]()
I’m working on a plan. I am going to do 4 weeks with my bench shirt soon. I will hire a trainer for those 4 weeks. I need someone that knows what he is doing when using equipment.

I had been setting up like that in my shirt and got bitched out for it because it was coming unseated. Now I’m doing the feet on the bench under my backside. I’m using the fury as well but I’m not sure it’s the best shirt for me. The 34 I couldn’t touch with 200lbs and the 36 I don’t get a ton out of. It was recommended to try the f6.

It is hard to find the right bench shirt. The fury was my 3rd shirt and I needed over 200lbs to touch. Once I broke it in I could touch with 185lb.
I don’t wiggle around as much when the shirt is on put I have a hard time setting up with my feet on the bench. I am getting 65lbs out of my shirt so I don’t want to change. I might need to make some adjustments with the Katana.
I was finally able to squat 3x3 with 225lbs
This is my last set. Form sucks but it is improving.
MART!!! that DL makes me QUITE jealous!! way to go!!!
well my benching is still not up to par, i can do a clean 135# but 140# only go about 75% down so not so cool.
deads i’m struggling with too. i got a PB last saturday with 275#.
squats 285# yesterday
and 2 pullups! ah!! ha! lame i know but they are very hard for me! i’m proud i did 2 in a row. now i’m working on my front squat 1rmax. and throwing in some overhead sqauts for some thing new too.
