Anyone using this post workout?

I also was going to post today about vinegar.
If i drink a full tablespoon right after training and before i eat something else i get in a weird state (similar to a shock) and i end up lying on the couch for half an hour feeling i?m going to die. Any idea?
I would not suggest to take it befor your post workout carb/protein. It is said to slow the insulin effect that you are needing at this point as slow digestion. The exact opposite of what u want. Now I can see the rational in taking it befor your fist postworkout whole meal, but not directly after training.
Thats my take on the issue anyhow.
Tell me again why you’re doing this in the first place?
what kind of vinegar? while distilled vinegar is just as bad for you as distilled alcohol. now, raw apple cider vingar is a great thing to take. it’s got numerous health benefits one being aiding in digestion. personally, i only use it for salad dressing. i avoid white vinegar except for an occasional pickle, and using it to wash clothes.
