Vin’s routine is to jack some sauce before fast and the furious and then shrink down to bout a buck 65 after the premiere. Just imho.
On another note. Hes not all that big and his build should be eaisly attainable by most.
However this doesnt necessiarly mean that his work out will work for many other people than himself.
Look at it this way, if I happene to want to look like Ronnie or Jay theres now way I would attempt to follow a routine that they use as it wouldlnt be practical.

Of course. CT is a competing bodybuilder, a coach, and a scientist of sorts.
While I do believe Vin is jacked, he’s just an actor. He probably has a trainer, and a nutritionist. Nothing wrong with that, but it’s expected to be that big when you have the resources he does.
That’s why T-Nation is loved so much. They bring us what the hollywood boys have access to.
Actually I like Vin, he’s got a normal sort of muscular physique, I like his movies, he’s funny. He is bigger than many other actors.
It’d be great to see Vin and Thib together in a movie, maybe some kind of evil twin type movie, that’d be great. Or Dr Jeckl and Mr Hyde. Or clones or something.
I remember reading a few interviews with him and he always says when he has been unemployed for a while he is bigger. He has always mentioned “bodybuilding” So I would suggest you get your diet dialed in to suit your goals and then follow any decent routine here at T-Nation that meets your requirements (i.e. how much time you have to work out and how often you will have to work out). Also I honestly believe that there are no secret workouts and stuff so just work your arse off and you may find that after a while you will look better than him.

There are not many who COULD look like (i’ll put Ruhl in there in place of the giant prune) Markus Ruhl… even if they did everything in their power, trained for 20 years, drugs the lot - they would still end up looking nothing near those guys.
I bet you want an attractive, lean, athletic physique… shit, who doesnt? Except for the tons of bodybuilders here, of course. They want an attractive, lean, massively muscled, symmetrical, balanced proportionate physique… I just think if you are implying that the ONLY reason you do not look like a top level pro/Prune arse wiper is because you CHOOSE not to, then that is very egotistical and also a load of bollocks.
This kid was chased off the forum several times. His ID used to be weaponxxx, then he made a cameo as MuscleBear (an ID that cemented my suspicion about him NTTAWWT) and AFAIK he’s now enlisted in the US Army but still logs on from time to time under his newest ID (won’t disclose that).
And if anyone remembers XcelticX, he logs on every once in a while too…and so does Patricia for whoever’s interested
I’ll tell you guys why newer BBers like Vin (and I’ll admit, some of his flicks were kinda cool)… his ‘selling point’ is his taper. Yes, he has pretty good pecs and delts, decent arms,… but,… and this is the key, his waist is tiny in comparison.
Look at the pics of CT. His midsection is thick with solid functional muscle. While most of us love that powerful look, CT built it with years of gut busting olympic lifting. Guys like Vin just work their torso, and then a few crunches here and there, but nothing to build the other muscles in the midection. The end result? A model-type physique, albeit with a little more up on his torso, but otherwise skinny.
hey guys i wanted to know what i could do to build some muscle in my arms i normaly work out alot
i do a 6 day work out 1 day rest
monday i do chest and back and abs and 5min jogg
tuesday arms and shoulders and abs 5min jogg
wendsday i do legs and abs 5min jogg
thursday abs and
20min jogg
friday rest
then it goes all over again from sat and sun
sat-thursday
i wanted to know how i could get bigger but CUT not just huge and bulky i want to get like at 180 but muscle rippedness >=O right now im at 164 im okay ill set up some photos later on im at work right now lol
im taking this thing called Black powder from the company that makes no-explode
anything else i should take?
