that jump is really impressive. Nice work!
How’d your lower back feel after that?
Very cool. Is that from a plyometric program? And can you dunk, white boy? If so, how tall are ya?
500 pounds? That seems like a fuckload of weight at 175. Damn.
Work on some rack pulls to help lock that deadlift out. Keep it up.

Pretty good, i’M kinda strong in this region. I can good morning 375 pounds.
Wow! That was impressive. Show me how to do that
The deadlift was good but a 375lb GM impresses me more.
BTW nice jump how high were those mats?
At the middle of my pectorals. so i guess it’s about 51 inches. My height is about 69 inches
Good work!
I am also 175. I’ve deadlifted 435 (but with straps), so your strap-free 500 at my bodyweight is inspiring! It definitely can be done!
Thanks for sharing! And nice jump, too.
Don’t start so low, start at a height so that as soon as you start pulling the bar starts going up.
yo, sweet jump man. Keep it up.
Yerrr my hero

What’s your standing vert & do u perform any explosive lifts? And how often do u do the jump onto the mats?
Nerver trained such things. I don’t do any shock method training too. I’ve always been jumping high . Those mats jumps were just for fun, i was at an O Lift certification course and the dinner time was really long so i started to do jumps.
