Hey guys, just wondering what your thoughts are on Victor Costa? He was a great natural bodybuilder apparently, then left the game when people started to strongly suggest he should take steroids to compete with the big boys. Now he does personal training, has a youtube channel etc.
Is he a good guy to get advice from? His physique is pretty impressive for an older guy.

That’s a lame excuse for leaving the sport.
I’m not familiar with his view on training, however.
Well, according to his website he’s a top natural bodybuilder -lol… nah, seriously, he looks like he’s in decent shape,… wouldn’t give him a snowball’s chance in hell against guys like Cordova, or Rodriguez, but he obviously trains hard. Actually, I recognized a few of his photos, because I had read an interview with him on another site a while ago [they interviewed me, so I wanted to see what other folks had gotten their own write-ups :)] Is he a brilliant trainer? Who knows… obviously anyone who has developed his body to the degree he has knows a worthwhile amount about training. His whole story about how he was approached by a top NPC guy and told to ‘do drugs’ just sounds a little pompous, but he’s trying to get business, so sometimes you embellish a bit.
