I am rather new to the world of AAS. I have done a little research myself and would like to get some feedback. I am 22yrs old and have been training since I was 15. I currently use the following training split:
Sat: Chest
Sun: Back
Mon: Hamstrings and abs
Tue: Bi’s and Tri’s
Wed: Delt’s and Trap’s
Thurs: Calves
Fri: Quadriceps
I do approx. 30 mins of cardio 4x/week. (Will be upping cardio to two 30 min sessions/day 4x/week within a month)
I am 5’9 , weighing approx: 194 lbs, approx. body fat: 23%. 1RM as follows:
Bench: 230 lbs
Squat: 305 lbs
Dead lift: 415 lbs
I know a lot of people will say I am too young for AAS, please don’t preach to me. I’m going to use them regardless how many of you say not to do so. I would however like to be as educated as possible so I can take necessary precautions and achieve maximal results with minimal negative side effects.
That being said, I am approaching my first cycle as follows:
W 1-10: testosterone enanthate 250mg pins 2x/week Mondays and Thursdays
W 11-12: nothing
W 13-14: nolvadex 20mg 2x/everyday
W 15: nolvadex 20mg 1x/everyday
Or
W 1-10: testosterone enanthate 250mg pins 2x/ week Mondays and Thursdays
W 1-6: dianabol 25mg oral 1x/everyday
W 11-12: nothing
W 13-14: nolvadex 20mg 2x/everyday
W 15: nolvadex 20mg 1x/everyday
My questions is which one of these cycles should I go with and are these appropriate for a newbie? My goal is to obviously lose some bodyfat over the next couple of months and then start cycle. Goal with cycle is to add a good 20-25 lbs of muscle during cycle and retain approx 10 lbs good muscle post cycle.
I plan on having about 4 months between this cycle and my next cycle.
As I said before, I am simply looking for advice and council on AAS use, not lessons on morality or about waiting until I’m 30 or whatever.
I am just ready for clear cut advice without the bs. Thank you in advance to all who read and write back.
well the first thing is that if your diet is not in check you can take the whole vial every week and it wouldnt help. Make sure your diet is just as regimented and strict as your workout schedule.
next thing is that since your a noob, id stick to test e only
also, your pct, to put it bluntly…it sucks. you want to keep your muscle and strength gains after this is all done, plus you also do not want to shut yourself down too long, bc the comeback for your body will be a difficult one (usually, for most)
id run HCG during your cycle 250 iu’s same day as your pin, maybe 0.5-1mg of adex…this should keep your nuts working, so after the comeback wont be depressing as shit. as for your pct…id use tore @ 120/90/60/30 and maybe aromasin…but thats just me, proper pct planning to me is an art…your pct is just as important, if not more then the cycle…
remember, this is not a wonder drug, its a pro-hormone, that when used correctly with nutrition and exercise you can achieve the look and goals you desire…basically fix your diet a min. of 1 month before first pin
As of right now it’s not the best or worst really. Eggs every morning, lots and lots of chicken, red meat about 2x/week, potatoes, rice noodles, veggies, milk, oj, 1-2 gal water/day. My diet is not on point as it should be at the moment. However, this is slightly out of my control. I am living with a friend because of some personal life issues which has resulted in me not having a job. So I’m kinda on a “eat what your given” program haha. It’s relatively healthy, but could be a lot better.
I also won’t be starting this cycle for at least a couple months and at that point I should have employment and better food options because of it.
When I get back on my feet, diet will look something like this:
Upon waking:
Protein shake:
20g
Breakfast:
Eggs, ham or turkey, oatmeal/yogurt, bananas, oj, milk
Morning snack:
Protein shake(40-50g) and handful of almonds
Lunch:
Large chicken/turkey/ham sandwich, tbsp peanut butter, apple, salad, milk, yogurt
Afternoon snack:
Tuna sandwich, oatmeal, grapes
Dinner:
Chicken breast/steak/pork tenderloin, asparagus/broccoli/spinach, baked potato
Workout
Post workout shake:
40g in milk
Post workout meal:
Tuna/chicken/ham/turkey, tbsp peanut butter, banana, oatmeal
If you’re 23% Bf, you’re diet sucks, plain and simple. Get yourself down to at least 15% bf before you start your cycle. Nutrient partitioning is atrocious for those over 15% BF, why waste your gear and your time by building fat?
10-15% if not that hard to achieve and maintain, if you can’t get there without AS then you simply aren’t cut out for weightlifting

I don’t think the op ever said anything about a prohormone… And wtf is tore, that is not what you should be using for pct
He was referring to toremifene citrate. I have never used it for pct but it’s a serm like Nolvadex but supposed to be better. Nolva always worked for me so I haven’t looked into switching. Not sure where the prohormone thing came from though.

Really 7 years to accomplish that… Natural or not that’s pretty sad progression… Good job on knowing what your doing. See you in a few months when your Help I have Gyno thread pops up
Op I think you really need to focus on your diet and make sure its stable and you’re eating a set number of calories every day and make some progress that way and get dialed in before jumping into aas, just my opinion.
