Advice for First Time Cycler?

I am in my early twenties and am 71in tall, 165lbs and sitting at about 10% body fat according to a home tanita scale. Since 13, I have trained hard in combat sports and have been on weight lifting routines since 16, eventually getting to my peak strength at 20 years old in college (185lbs w/beer gut and poor diet**/280-bench, 305-squat) Although I am still a bit young in a lot of peoples opinions to be messing with this, I feel that it really isnt a big deal since my cycle isnt that extreme. I started this morning and am very excited.
I have planned this out for a while, but still am unsure what the best method of avoiding the common negative side effects. I would MUCH rather have smaller gains then hair loss, breasts, etc.

---- I already have a great lifting and cardio routine planned as well as a healthy, balanced, high calorie/protein diet.   My trainer has me on a 12/w cycle of Test C  200mg/ml...Winstrol (oral, liquid, alcohol based) 25mg/ml...and Tren E 200mg/ml. In addition, there is about 18 tubes of Testim 1% (50mg/5g tube) Testosterone gel.


----PCT items are Finpecia cipla (20count/10mg tabs), exemastate (30ml bottle w/dropper), MORE TO COME

I am eating pretty well and have quit smoking and drinking as well. Although I feel this is something I dont really need, deciding to supplement my training routine has made me more motivated to better myself in many ways. Judging by what Ive wrote, I may sound crazy jumping into this with no experience, but my trainer is a resourceful, reliable person. I am just looking for a non-sketchy way to get other opinions from CREDIBLE/EXPERIENCED people. Im also posting a pic W#1 12/9/13 for you all to make fun of.

PS. WTF should i do with Testim 1% ??? Will it mess me up if i throw it into the cycle or will it enhance it??? What will happen if I have some fun in the bathroom with it??? (dont answer that, Im joking…sort of…) HAPPY LIFTING SUCCAKS!!! :wink:

So when you say you started today you have test C pin today and two winstrol droppers right?

Not sure what to say about gels you don’t need them.

The cycle itself looks ok and you will get gains, not sure if you can still source anything else but adding HCG to your cycle will help keep your bodies natural production going and help you keep your gains.

Pins are better twice per week which will shorten cycle a bit but give you better results less sides

You need to stop the Tren 2 weeks before your Test so I would change to this for the cycle if I was you;

Test C 200mg Tuesday morning and Friday evening Week 1-10
Tren E 200mg Tuesday morning and Friday evening Week 3-8
(these two can go in same pin week 3-8)

HCG if you can get it then add 250IU to each pin you do once it arrives, if you cant get it though then don’t worry as you already started.

PCT should start 2 weeks after last pin so if you make changes I recommend then it will be week 13 to 16.

The two PCT drugs you have I don’t know but I would recommend if you can get them to take 0.5mg of arimidex with each pin and 0.5mg of cabergoline with each pin during cycle to stop sides from test and tren. For PCT itself I would recommend clomid and nolvadex but somebody may be able to jump in and tell you which ones of these four your current drugs will replace.

12.5 - 25mg aromasin ed, based on how you react

Pct weeks 15-18

Nolva 40/40/20/20/10 or
clomid 50/50/25/25/12.5

Am i the only one here who thinks steroids are a terrible idea for a guy of this level of lifting?
Its not a magic pill that do it all for you, it dosnt look like your diet and training is in tact and without that your throwing your money away doing a cycle.

Your early 20’s aswell?!?! whats the rush!!! put in some hard work first, learn what real training is, learn to diet. Compete naturally and see what its all about before making this step.

I see too many people do a cycle with no gains because they dont know what there up to.
