Velocity Diet

I would like to embark on a small and fast weight loss journey :slight_smile:

I read about the velocity diet so I was wondering is it the fastest and best results diet? If not which is?
And also I have seen that in the store the suplements mentioned in the article aren’t available anymore… so what should I use?

There’s been a lot of looks and no replies because this topic is discussed frequently on the site.

The best and fastest fat loss diet is the one you can stick to, and when paired with an effective training program. The v-diet does work if you stick to it and have the money to buy the required supplements. Some people, including me, just can’t get used to not eating.

My recommendation would be to start losing fat by cleaning up your diet. Do you keep a food log? If you don’t, you should do that for a couple days. After those days, take a look and see what changes can be made to improve your chances of losing fat.
