I realize that the V-Diet is best done as outlined, but I’m curious if anyone has had success doing it without HOT-ROX or another supplement (by supplement I mean thermogenics, etc., not Grow! or Surge)? If so, did you make any modifications, like upping the cals/day to compensate?
I think there was a post about this where someone went on the diet and complained about losing alot of muscle along with the fat. Turned out that the HOT-ROX has alot to do with preserving muscle.
