you know I just had this HUGE fucking thing typed out, I was gonna tear your ass to shreds, its pretty obvious your just looking for a fight…

But I dont need to prove myself to someone that THINKS their the man…

Just like null bro, take out somma that aggression at the gym, maybe you’ll get somewhere in your training, you know, reach a goal…
I see why everyone rags on 09’ers
…not quite sure what that means but yeah, screw those 09’ers

haha then why didnt you post it, you had it typed up (or did you not), i really would like to see you actually be correct about something, that really would make me happy, i would be glad that your actually making progress, and let me tell you im not looking for a fight, if by me saying that that makes me a bitch, then let it be, cause you ego is just so fucking big that you cant handle criticism or advice, your ego is so big that when someaone else is remotely correct, your ego takes that as a shot to itself, and you start thinking that the other person “is the man”

it doesnt even take a jackass that long to figure out how to put together a exercise routine to build mass, seiously we all saw what the fuck you call a workout, and like Null said you are good at one thing and that being losing mass as fast as possible, all you had to do was post the rest of your routine on your first post along with whatever the fuck the thing is that YOU call a “workout” but . . . . . you have no idea how to do that because, hahaha, well really your ass was doing hit?

and 20 mins of abs before bedtime or something, thats why you were hella funny cause you were so fucking lost, but your ego didnt let you accept that fact, seriously kid your welcome is just about worn out,

and “Null bro” doesnt need to take out any aggression at the gym, you on the other hand need to
its just very funny when someone tells others about reaching a goal, when in fact the person givin “advice” is sooo lost

Are there any threads with ACTUAL vegetarian bodybuilding advice??

This thread has actual vegetarian bodybuilding advice.

Simply typing “vegetarian” into that search box at the top right of the screen also brings up several pages worth of info and relevant threads/articles.

Do you have an “ACTUAL” question about vegetarian bodybuilding or are you just jumping into the dogpile?

Haha, so many questions!

I just figured it would be easier to find someone that had already asked all the questions and I could read up, maybe a sample veggie bulk diet, stuff like that.

There was some comments earlier that leads me to believe information is available.

I think this info would benefit me also.

I struggle to get enough protein even with meat…

to Chris Colucci: when you were on your vegetarian diet, you said you lost weight but your strength gains kept going up, and that you were starting to fill in more of your shirts and stuff except the waist? but i just dont understand how you were able to maintain and increase your strength levels, yes it is true that you had changed your workout, so your strength gains could have been related to a new stimulus, but i take it that a vegan diet is just not a long term thing for building muscles, you couldnt really call your experience a failure or suscess . . . . . can you?

Ok so I figured out how to make a new topic.

Heres a link to Vegetarian Diets Forums - T Nation - The World's Trusted Community for Elite Fitness

I posted one days worth to see what people think about it, come check it out if you wanna

also ^ your diet was performed during april, would you say that it would be diffcult or harder or easier if the same exact diet was performed half a year later, would the thermic effects of the food vary in accordance with the weather?
