I have been wanting to switch workouts for a while as my strength is not rising swiftly anymore(thou size increases still come good)so i kinda made a workout based on the WS4SB template, lemme know what you think or if i can improve it.
Max Effort Upper Day
Bench Press Max Set of 3-5 reps
EZ bar skull crushers 4 sets of 5 reps
Lat pulldowns 3 of 5
Curls 3 of 5
Barbell 3 of 5
Shoulder Press 3 of 5
Maxx Effort Lower Day
Squat max sets of 3-5 reps
Lunges 3 of 5
Romanian Deadlifts 3 of 5
Dumbell Holds 3 sets of as much time
Rest day
Max rep lower bod day
Same as the other day just 3 sets of max reps for the Squats
Upper Max rep day
Same as other upper day just 3 sets of max reps
