I got give it to your GF, run a real cycle, take test…Hah look at that some good fucking advice right there that you just ignored.
Who said just do cardio? Eat healthy… This is common fucking sense why the hell should we have to spoon feed you information that you should have learned in fucking elementary school. Come the fuck on man.
Hey brother, yes people can be a bit harsh sometimes but you have to see it from both sides. One, I do give you kudos for cleaning up the diet and dropping the weight. But, people’s point is that you can do the exact same thing without taking anavar! I am in pre-contest dieting right now and I went from 10-11% BF down to about 5-6% right now simply from adding an hour of cardio per day and dropping my carbs way, way down. So, yes you can do it naturally with hard work and diet alone.
I am constantly fascinated by how many people rely on juice to get in shape. The way I look, and may others, is get yourself to your 100% max potential naturally then if you want to compete or something then perhaps entertain the idea of cycles. However, I get so much satisfaction knowing that many people in the gym are juicing and are far smaller and weaker than I am. People want to quick answer and unfortunately, fitness and health is a lifestyle not a quick fix. That is why people jumped on you. Push yourself to your limit naturally and you can learn a great deal about diet and training. Then maybe and I say maybe- consider other options. But you have to ask yourself why??? Is it to be big in the gym? Or do you compete? Whatever your goals are will guide you. But, my advice as many other is try to get down to 12% naturally. It is actually not too hard when you eat clean and train right.

Some of you on this site are A. Real assholes. B. socially retarderd C. Obviously not to intelligent. After having triplets I let myself go the last couple years. I needed a little extra motivation, from the Var, which I don’t think is a horrible thing. I was drinking 4-6 beers a day and eating 1 bad meal for dinner daily. After 2 years I was 250. It was a 2 lb weight gain a month. I don’t understand why people on this site are so nasty. Why can’t soneone say bro I really disagree with what u did etc. whatever. [/quote]
bro, I really disagree with what you did.
You were a fat shite who didn’t need to risk his health taking drugs for a goal that could’ve been achieved naturally by someone with even the tiniest bit of motivation.
That said, the var clearly gave you the kick up the arse you needed to get shit done, so that’s something positive that came out of it.
It’s up to you now to continue the diet and keep on keeping on.
Good luck
I think I came across pretty nice.
Steroids shouldn’t not be a motivating factor when it comes to losing weight and being healthy period. When I started lifting again after tearing my shoulder I was 240 and fat from the same thing, drinking eating like shit and not working out. So in 2 months with a serious diet, no drinking, no junk food, and gettin my ass in the gym I was 190 with a six pack. With NO drugs. And I actually hit a new PR on deadlift at 190 AFTER fucking dieting.
You shouldn’t need a drug to push you into doin something it’s just plain irresponsible and potientally dangerous. I think you are old you should have known about diet, exercise, and cardio. I mean someone who has never touched a weight would know about those things. All it takes is a little bit of time and read and learn not just grabbing some var and deciding to work out.
You lack motivation without and I will guarantee you your weight will come right back. You need to work on your self control first and not blame it on having 3 kids. Sure kids are hard work, but so hard you can’t eat healthy? So hard you can’t talk a 30 min run or walk everyday?
And god-
What is it that I don’t know what I’m talking about I’m dying to hear this.

Probably both.

Iam almost 100% sure he just honestly thinks he has half a clue which is what makes him so bad. I can deal with a troll but a moron who honestly believes he knows what he is doing and continues to spill out uneducated shit he just happened to have read some where is unbearable.

I also used to weigh 250 lbs. I quit drinking and learned how to lift. 6 months later I was down to 180lbs and ALL of my measly lifts doubled, at least. When you’re badly out of shape, as you probably were at the start of your journey, it is completely realistic to lose large amounts of fat while GAINING muscle.
Congratulations on your weight loss, for real. Great job! But your justification for using the Anavar is BS.
G0D- What BUDs was saying was that if this dude needed to start taking a drug to motivate himself to quit drinking, start exercising, and eat healthy the likelihood that he will fall off the wagon and regain all the weight is very high. When you’re a genetic chubster staying in shape takes a complete lifestyle change, not a crash diet and short AAS cycle.
Your bullshit case study about people keeping their gains after Anavar use doesnt apply to people that go right back to their old habits of heavy drinking, poor diet, and lack of physical activity. Your comprehension is seriously lacking here.

god I hope you’re wrong.
I mean, you would have to wonder about someone who would continue to post advice on a forum where every single other poster tells them to fuck off. Any normal person would accept they’re not wanted there, or at the very least that their advice is no good, and stop posting.
The fact he keeps on posting stupid shit despite everyone telling him not to makes me think he has to be a troll. Only a troll would keep posting the way he does.
Guys, appreciate all the feedback. I do agree with everyone I will certainly gain it back if I don’t continue what I started and learn from the last 2 years.

LOL
Bottom line for this thread is…
You don’t start taking drugs to motivate yourself not to abuse alcohol.

Sorry, not buying that one. At one time my wife and I had a 10 y.o., twins at 12 months and a new born; I never stopped lifting! Btw, one of my children has special need. Believe me, when I hear the word “Retarded” thrown around here it speaks volumes of their own ignorance.
The guys can be brutal here but they are right and know what they are talking about. I can’t wait until I report on my first cycle, they’ll kill me!
Cangrads on the weight loss.
I heard for an anavar only cycle proper PCT includes spironolactone and estradiol.
