Ok here goes. Just completed a 6 week cycle of 40-60 mg Ed. I went from 246-225. My strength was 5% better on most lifts. My diet was terrible prior to starting, and I had been drinking way too much. I spent many hours on the treadmill. The VAR kept me incredibly focused and alcohol free. I may have gotten the same results w/o the var. either way very happy

So…you were fat and drank all the time, had piss poor diet and did no cardio…
Why did you think steroids were for you?
Complete waste of money and pointless “cycle”. Diet and cardio was responsible for the weight loss.
I love how you think any one here gives half a fuck about your half ass results from your less than half ass cycle… Congrats on doing nothing to impressive or intelligent for the past 6 weeks.

yea exactly 21 pounds is a lot…well done ! maybe you must have put a tad bit of muscle as well…so maybe around 25 pounds of fat… how was your diet and workout like ?
Did cardio 6x a week. 3 x on empty stomach and 3x after workouts. Did a push/pull. MWF. Once again I took the VAR as I needed motivation to do the right thing diet and cardio wise and to quit drinking.
wow thats a lot of work… double thumbs up bro !
and diet ? did u take liver supps especially since u have drinking heavy previously ?

On one hand, cool that you lost some weight but on the other if you need var to get you motivated and to quit drinking then you lack some serious self control and I wouldn’t be suprised if all your weight came back.
You have no use for any type of steroid if you can’t get motivated without it. Just plain pathetic, irresponsible, and potientally hurting yourself. You’re no better then an 18 using just to get girls.

Bing. Bang. Boom.
K.O.
why are you guys acting like a dick always. he was at 246 pounds… imagine urself in his shoes…
and buds you have no idea about what your talking about my friend…
since its var he has high chance of maintaining what he lost/gained…heres an excerpt from a well written site…
In one study, subjects maintained their weight gains from anavar for at least 6 months after cessation (2)! Concomitantly, in another study, Twelve weeks after discontinuing anavar, 83% of the reductions in total, trunk, and extremity fat were also sustained (8)!
2)Burns. 2003 Dec;29(8):793-7
8)J Clin Endocrinol Metab. 2004 Oct;89(10):4863-72
mind you this was with no form of pct after the cycle…

God who are you to tell a very experienced user and member of this site who has proven his knowledge time and time again that he doesn’t know what he is talking about? Have you paid any attention to anything you get flamed weekly damn near daily there for a while because you continue to give out advice that you HAVE NO FUCKING CLUE about. You have only ran ONE cycle ONE fucking cycle and you fucked it up… You fucked it up royally. You have no fucking clue or right to be giving any advice to any one here.
Congratulations on knowing how to use google… but, shame on you for being ignorant for taking what you read at face value just because it was on the internet. I don’t care what the study says numerous of us on this board have seen dumb ass people like you and the OP run shitty cycles like this Anavar Only Cycle even after being told not to by some of the brightest, most experienced, and knowledgable members of this board… 3 things you are not in any way… 3 things BUDs just happens to fit pretty closely.
As for what BUDs said what exactly do you disagree with… BUDs gave him props for losing the weight do you not agree with this (which personally I wont do because the weak minded puss bag needed Anavar to do what he should have been doing in the first place)? Secondly BUDs is correct if the fucking moron cant stop drinking, cant diet properly, or train correctly with out the use of AAS to motivate him then he truly is pathetic and had absolutely no reason to run the gear in the first place because, I am sure he knows jack shit about training and has probably put less time in the gym than my little sister.
Honestly his gains were shit for a AAS cycle congrats in a month and half he lost 20lbs the Anavar had nothing to do with it really he could have easily gotten the exact same effects from NOT DRINKING, DIETING, and TRAINING PROPERLY in 6 weeks without Anavar.
Lastly not PCTing after a cycle is fucking retarded to the max and I don’t care what google told you. Stop being a fucking idiot God123 and stop using google to give people advice because you have no fucking clue what your doing or talking about and if people wanted the advice of google instead of the advice of experienced first hand users (WHICH YOU ARE NOT) then they would have just fucking googled it and been done.
Some of you on this site are A. Real assholes. B. socially retarderd C. Obviously not to intelligent. After having triplets I let myself go the last couple years. I needed a little extra motivation, from the Var, which I don’t think is a horrible thing. I was drinking 4-6 beers a day and eating 1 bad meal for dinner daily. After 2 years I was 250. It was a 2 lb weight gain a month. I don’t understand why people on this site are so nasty. Why can’t soneone say bro I really disagree with what u did etc. whatever.
One more thing For those with comprehension difficulties I said I took the VAR so I wouldn’t lose any strength while I lost my 20 plus lbs. I know I could lose weight on a simple cut etc but slot of muscle would have come off

That’s exactly what we told you 2 months or so ago about not running this cycle and you just fucking ignored us and basically said fuck those guys and their advice so fuck you and your decision.
Nice usage of the English language…
