Comment: It’s been an insane past week and a half. Flew out to Omaha last weekend and then had to work all weekend. The swing challenge is not really something I’ve been enjoying, nor do I feel great when I leave the gym. I had to bump class this past week so I haven’t been training jiu jitsu as much as I would like. I’ve been out of my routine for a little while now which has been bringing everything down as well. I need to study like crazy this week and get back into my training mode.
