comment: this training session was pretty marginal. I went in and hit my numbers. The first squat my decent was terrible and I felt like I had to pull myself down into the hole. The second set was a little better. Iām hoping that I can improve over the next two months in preparation for my next meet. Iām looking forward to working on my weakness in the future.
