V-Diet Then Super Accumulation Training

Hi folks i am on day 2 of the V-Diet. So far so good. I was thinking about doing the V-Diet for the 4 weeks, then the 2 week transition. But after the transition i was thinking about the super accumulation training program outlined by Charles Poliquin. Is this perhaps too extreme? Are the goals of the programs too different to be so close together? Just wanted some thoughts on this.

No way you’re ready for such an advanced demanding program after weeks of such restriction. Try a basic routine at maintenance or slightly below before doing anything that drastic.

You jeopardize stressing your body and doing enormous metabolic damage, especially when a program suggests consuming x2 twb in protein.

Yeah that sounds about right. It can wait.
