Utterly Disgusted...

Thanks to all for their suggestions and encouragement. I think I’m doing better at choosing wisely what I eat during the day (at least the last few days). I’m not hitting on all cyclinders yet for every meal but I am making better choices more often, so I figure that’s a good start. I definetely need to start with eliminating the sodas. I always drink diet sodas but I’ve heard that those are necessarily good for you either. Sometimes I get to where I feel like that’s my only treat but I guess that’s part of readjusting the taste buds.

Hoglover…a cottage cheese, ice, chocolate Grow! and PB shake does wonders for cravings. Seriously its like a dairy queen blizzard!
