Using Oxygen Supplementatioin For Heavy Lifts?

Hey guys,

 Recently I've upped the intensity in my squats.  I'm sure you've all experienced the feeling of doing 6 sets of 8 reps with an all out effort.  After a set you just feel like you can't suck in enough oxygen.  It takes you 3 minutes to even begin thinking of doing it again.  So, I was wondering if any coaches out there give there trainees oxygen directly after a set of a heavy, intense lift?  I know it sounds kind of funny, but it sure sounded like the right idea the other day, after finishing an 8 rep set.  What do you think?  Thanks

I’ve seen some people using this stuff called OXYSHOT. Its in a small can about the size of a spray paint can with a mask on the top. I’m going to assume thats what they were doing is taking a few “hits” of oxygen ive always thought it would be interesting to see how it helps your recovery during a short rest period
