Using New Plan

Hey guys,

I’m currently on the S.A.I.S Training Program. I am only on my second week, and I’ve notcied im not feeling fatigued enough by the end of the program. My old program I did 5X5 or 6X5 and 3-4 exercises for each body part. I was very fatigued by the end of that.

Any advice on what to do? I still want to continue bulking, but I felt like my body was getting used to my old program, thats why I switched to this.
