Use for a Squat Pad

I doubt I’m the first one to come up with this, but I got so tired of squat pad usage at my school gym that I chopped one up into DB handle length segments and started using the parts for thick grip exercises. They work great for pullups/pulldowns, zottman curls (any dumbbell work really), some barbell exercises. Still discovering the possibilities.

On a side note, I think I may have used Thanksgiving as an excuse to over-indulge, as I tore my boxers front squatting yesterday. Something to add to Dave Tate’s Reasons to be BIG…
