When I do my low bar squats, by torso is relatively upright.
Is this a problem?
nb: I train for general strength. Im not looking to compete. Im 6’3 with the longest femurs in the universe and I wear do-win squat shoes to squat (poor ankle felxibility due to various injuries).
I’d kill to be able to squat more upright. It would solve some serious issues. I already have good ankle flexibility, not sure what else I can do minus shrink my extra long torso.
