as a beginner myself I dont know whether UR’s are good or bad . However , I would recommend that if you decide to do them , that you progress slowly with them .

I started doing them , went too heavy or with too much volume , and all hell broke loose…severe pain centered over my left collar-bone , radiating up into my neck , down into the chest , and out to the delt area. wasnt pretty .
