Ok, so i decided to do this split. It will be like upper, rest, lower, rest, upper, lower. Thats 4 days a week. I’m just thinking if i train everything 2x a week how many excersizes to chose for bigger and lower muscle gruops?
Im thinking for example chest would be like this:
1st day
incline bench 3x
peck deck3x
then few days later
bench press 3x
peck deck 3x
for biceps and triceps - 2 excersizes for each, 3x… Is it ok or its to much if 2x per week?
last thing is when im doing upper body i safe my back for the end of workout, but then im too tired to do it. i have some knees injuries so i can train lower body part (legs) only with light weight and not hard… so maybe i should do back and legs the same day? sounds crazy. Thanks for help!
