the upper body’s look good, for the lower body kill the leg ext on friday and replace with lunges, sissy squats, leg presses, front squats, you get the idea. maybe some leg curls for knee flexion, and your set. other than that it looks great
If it gets too much and you see lifts suffering, you can try making one upper body and one lower body day lower reps, one upper body and one lower body day higher reps (I’m doing the program “Blending Strength and Size 2.0”). But stick to what you got if you’re making progress.
