Upper Body Training During ACL Rehab

Need your help badly…

ok heres my problem.. about 1 year ago i was super out of shape and overweight. i decided to put 100% in getting in shape. so in about a year and a half i was able to get from a fat 260 lbs man at 5’7 to a lean 160lbs with 10% bf.. heres the catch, i recently blew out my knee (torn acl) and am goin to need surgery..

i was wondering if you guys can help me design a good upper body workout program to do during my 6 months of recover/rehab from this injury. help with regards to diet and supplementation during this time will also be greatly appreciated. i cant stand the idea of becoming that fat bastard again. pls help me…

help anyone???

I would remain doing what you were doing for upper body. Do your proper rehab workouts for lower. As for calories, just watch how you are responding to your current intake. If you notice fat gaining, back off the food. I don’t think that just because you can not wok lower body, your going to get fat. Remember, it is a nutrition based majority when it comes to your bodies needs. Good luck.
