Upper Body Prehab?

What are some good upper body prehab exercises I can do with just my own body weight and dumbbells?

Bodyweight:

  • Push-ups-plus & fat-man-pullups-plus
  • Parallel-bar dip-shrugs

Dumbbells:

  • Rear delt flyes
  • External shoulder rotations
  • Bent-over scapular retractions
  • Bent DB rows to face
  • Lateral raises
  • Thumbs-up front raises at 45-degrees from front
  • Etc, etc.
