What are some good upper body prehab exercises I can do with just my own body weight and dumbbells?
Bodyweight:
- Push-ups-plus & fat-man-pullups-plus
- Parallel-bar dip-shrugs
Dumbbells:
- Rear delt flyes
- External shoulder rotations
- Bent-over scapular retractions
- Bent DB rows to face
- Lateral raises
- Thumbs-up front raises at 45-degrees from front
- Etc, etc.
