Update 6’1”, 196 as of this morning lbs, 20 Y/O. 20-25% BF. Feedback on body and suggestions?

-Been Strength training on and off for 6 years started at 5’11 106 lbs!! Workout often (4-5x a week) advice before I say I wanna be lean again and shed some weight currently increasing my lifts but also going heavy on cardio sporting activities as well like swimming and soccer, already on a calorie deficit coming off of a mean “dirty bulk”. Close to 200lbs but shooting to go down maybe?

In a loss for what direction to take give you a piece of what I was thinking…, rebranding my bulk, cut down to said weight obtain ideal bf% 12-15% maybe less and rebuild the clean way from there

Yes, you look fat. Bulking now is only going to make that worse.

Lean out, keep training hard, then bulk again using a mild surplus of carbs.

leaving the body fat behind, to add my daily protein intake is around 200 grams
