Diet is a huge focus of mine right now Ive geared myself in a calorie deficit completely eradicating sugar eating more red meat like steak and of course getting my protein in I will say tho I tend to just eat once or twice a day at most now compared to my bulk phase where I would do 3-5 maybe 6 times a day but these tend to be big protein packed meals that I throw a lot of greens on top of. Regarding the gym I try to stay discipline 4-5 times a week strength training focusing on 1-2 muscle groups per day and keeping my workouts logged in my journal
