You’re skinny fat. Either lean out or bulk up. I suggest the former.

From the 25% of your physique we can see, you look about 6 foot 1 and probably about 194lbs. I’m not sure what kind of feedback you’re expecting?

I, for one, don’t care much for the advertising underwear look. A nice shirt of most any color would improve your look.

can’t train tall. at 6’1" if you do some work for the next few years you can have the physique you want and stand head and shoulders above most.

Diet is a huge focus of mine right now Ive geared myself in a calorie deficit completely eradicating sugar eating more red meat like steak and of course getting my protein in I will say tho I tend to just eat once or twice a day at most now compared to my bulk phase where I would do 3-5 maybe 6 times a day but these tend to be big protein packed meals that I throw a lot of greens on top of. Regarding the gym I try to stay discipline 4-5 times a week strength training focusing on 1-2 muscle groups per day and keeping my workouts logged in my journal
