Yeah it definitely get slower as I’m getting leaner which can be disheartening but I think a few more weeks and I’ll be through the ‘nothing is changing’ platuea
How exactly do you do this on a treadmill?
The speed for the beep test increases with each level by .5km so I just increase as that goes which makes it pretty to do, rather than map out a 20km segment to run back and forth. Definitely easier without the direction change that’s for sure.
I really enjoyed the way it eased in to the speeds tbh, so not a true beep test but I think I could get to the same level on a normal test.
I’ll flatline myself one day and see how high I can get it
So for 1:07 you run at 8.5 then it goes to level 2 and you make it 9km/h etc

Hell of a sweat fest
Abs feel much tighter up top, so does chest and shoulders in terms of leanness. Bottom abs and love handles stubbornly shrinking.
I know what you mean about those stubborn areas. It’s really hard to get that last lot of belly fat off. Especially when you’re not 21 anymore.
Not gonna lie, can’t wait until the end of the Transformation challenge to hit a big calorie surplus and try to grow
Lmao I know that feeling. I had a large New York style steak and cheese pizza last night and it was great. I love how I look as the fat strips away but the eating is not fun.!

My girl surprised me with the HIIB 100 ebook today for sticking to my diet and to help me with the last leg. I’m genuinely nervous reading it but will crack in on Monday. It looks nasty. Think GVT meets CrossFit

I’m 5’9 and last weighed 78.1kg roughly 171lb
I was about 82kg at the start of the year, so 180lb so about 10lbs down
A bit of water weight as I was already fairly lean. I think if I can get down to 76ish kg I’d edging towards your level of leanness
