- Ham curls 100 ss calf raises 100 total
- Dips, leg raises and med ball slams 50 total circuit
Tuesday
- Hang power clean 8x3
- Barbell rows 5x5
- Db incline press ss incline bicep curl 100 total
- Reverse lunge, 1/2 Turkish get up, kB swing 50 rep total circuit
Also am doing a 30 day sit up challenge where I add ten reps each day. Am up to 50 reps today

Ran the beep test on a treadmill today, goal was to get to level 13 and ended up level 14.2
My goal is now level 16 and above
Also started taking 2x brisk 10 minute walks at work on my morning and afternoon breaks when time and weather permits
