Agreed. I’d like to see a hardcore bulk!
My experience from last year taught me once and for all that there is no such thing as a hardcore bulk. It’s just a different term for getting fat.
I would suggest a softcore bulk - like five pounds per year.
You’re way leaner than me right now. I’m sitting between 180 and 185 currently. Trying one more time to put on some size in hopes that when I cut I don’t end up right back at 160 haha. Looking really good bud!

Hey, man. Last year I gained 33 lbs from mid December to the end of October. I’ve lost 38-40 lbs since then. I’m not sure if I accomplished anything in terms of adding muscle.
One thing of which I’m certain: it wasn’t necessary to gain that much weight. I could achieve the same thing by just gaining a few pounds here and there.
I don’t know…weight improves leverages! I am of the firm belief that I want to be plump and strong.
I kid. I like my parasite abs.
If I keep getting lighter but not weaker then I’ll be closer to a 3x bw squat lol
My logic exactly. If I, at 135, pull a 405 deadlift; I’ll have hit a 3x BW pull. I only have 25 more pounds to lose.

This is what sucks about being fat, you feel like you’re moving what you feel is decent weight then you look at it like this and you’re like faaaaark I’m weak lol

5 sumo hang High pulls 50kg, 1 to 1 work v rest ratio…I was probably getting a set every 30 sec on average
