I was joking since you said “love you all” I don’t wanna see you in a banana hammock or something

lucky i love you jevvvvaaa

this isnt the rmp forum and I don’t have any pics of me half naked in my jocks so this will have to do for now.
I’m disappointed. This thread gave the impression that there were tons of people outside of the T-Cell simply blowing everyone inside it out of the water with their progress. That isn’t the case at all. Some of you simply wanted to bitch and complain.
In fact, if you aren’t at least the size of MODOK, don’t bother calling anyone else out simply because they are in the T-Cell. If you aren’t a complete moron and actually are making progress AND YOU POST REGULARLY, you will no doubt eventually get in the T-cell. So few even meet that criteria apparently.
My end goal is to be around 115kgs fingers crosses I have no pain in my feet from that weight (was injured remember) with a low bf percent age and a tatoo on my chest with the letters
FFB - former fat boy, Ill get the tat once i have a chest worth puting it on
now its 257am and im going to fucking sleep
x do u still love me

I would rather read a T-cell with useful topics and posts 5 times over then have to swift through a bunch of bullshit to find a decent thread or some guy that actually knows what he is talking about.
seems like everyone with more then 500 posts is worthy of posting in the cell.[/quote]
Completely agree. Good Post!!

It is what it is. I’ve walked far, but this is just the beginning of the journey. I don’t think there’s any shame in admitting that I’ve still a long way to go.
Honestly I think this thread will be full of haters who didn’t get their invite, in fact, I may have responded differently if I wasn’t in the T-Cell.

Pro x if you read my comment you could see my view on the cell I wasn’t having a dig at any one but since you called me out.
My starting weight was 120kgs over weight %40 percent body fat there I have pmed and gotten great answers back from pro x in the past, as well as agron, avacado, and a few others.
I got down to 82kgs I tried to get to 80 but my body just wouldn’t do it im not sitting on 89-91kgs depending on the day I went from a size 44 to s size 36 I don’t know my body fat I’m not really worried about it either as its winter here my goal is to be around 103 by October I don’t think I will get there but I can try.
Bench - I started with dumb bells 15kgs now i got to 37.5 8 reps.
Barbell 125.5 3-6 reps
I normally do between 105 and 107.5 8-12 reps
I’ve only just started deads so no worth posting.
squats 80-100kg which isnt bad for some one that couldn’t walk with out a walking stick when they started training
I can also do 8 chin ups military style chest to bar
I think all this has taken less than 12 months or just over I cant remember when I signed up but thats when I started.
And since I am on this rant I was on a 1700 cal diet eating every two hours it took me about 4-5 months to drop down to 95kgs 95-82 was pretty easy but I couldn’t get below 82.
I spent a hour doing cardio in the morning and a hour doing weights at night with 30min of cardio after it. Now I just run once a week and I eat 3200 cals per day with 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight and two days a week I go go nuts and eat pizza maccas what ever I can get my hands on.
My cousin will also post on this account he has gone from 114kgs to 97 we both learnt everything from this site so ill drop him in as well
But yea as I said I haven’t knocked any ones progress I call it as I see it as I do and you do in every thread.
And I can’t belive i just fell into the my dick is bigger than yours trap

Nice work on the 82kg. I havent checked the Tcell forum in ages since it go rearranged. It was a good idea. Ill have to go scope it to see if there are any 15 y/o’s left.

History repeats itself, organize a special club and people want to get in only because of the special secret handshake.
Alot of the time I barely even read the T-Cell simply because I know I won’t be able to participate in the discussion…
A couple of bad threads in an entire sub-forum and some start saying it’s worthless? No-one mentions Dave_ for instance? 22 years old and a beast, not to mention already finished with his education. Modok, C_C… there are many. Holy hell, there’s an Icelandic powerlifting playboy bunny in there!
Mob mentality… for shame. The T-cell is doing fine, almost every thread in there is interesting and useful.

Professor X - and anyone else who’s interested - can now see some pics in my profile. I can’t pose, but I posted semi-relaxed front, back and wheels.
Been lifting seriously for about 15 months, now. My PR’s right now are probably around 105kg bench, 120kg front squat, 180kg deadlift… Just rough approximates though, I haven’t maxed out in a couple of months.

excellent. i was always curious about what you looked like naked G87. good luck on your goals.
zarrs…i don’t even understand the point of you posting pictures. you’re freaking rediculous. how you even rationalize that shit is beyond me.
i don’t like all these members saying 'oh hey i gained 50lbs in the last x amount of years. if you started off at 125lbs, i don’t give a shit. onemorerep might be the ONLY exception on here. if you looked like a holocaust victim from the beginning you have a LONG way to go.
it’s like some posters feel they should get credit just for reaching puberty.

Wow, you learned how to put on a shirt, that is awesome progress! Next thing you know you’ll be pouring your own cheerios and wiping your own ass.

Agree completely. It is doubtful that most of the people who cry out about how weak the T-Cell is doing are anywhere near the level of the people in it actually making progress…like YOU for example.
Holymac alone has blown most of the haters out of water yet they keep complaining. Funny shit.
So it’s come down to people making useless posts in this forum about ANOTHER forum. Bravo on knocking this place down a peg.
This place is more about gossiping then training lately.
I debated quite a bit about whether to say anything or not, but it’s threads like this that really led to the creation of T-Cel in the first place. THere was so much BS and anti-BBing posting going on that the posters who really had something worthwhile to contribute (whether they were seriously huge or experienced, or just seriously into learning about training) were abandoning the forums.
I know things like this are probably cyclical, but really, just in the last 2-3 weeks I think I’ve cut back on my activity on here because so many of the threads are just a waste of time. And this thread… it’s turned into another pissing contest, and we already have way too many of those.

x2, when I see things like this for more than 2-3 days, I just get off for a week and return to see if things have become better. There are some good threads going on here, classics like Brotherhood of Iron, but other than that is just “Can’t gain weight”, “Want hawt abz”, or just some haters searching for a thread to unleash their anger.

bah. its whatever
honestly i just wish there were more guys here that need to wear shirts that are XL or bigger, and when they look down can still see their dick.
i currently think the forum has at most, 20. sad state if you ask me.
