Prof.X what do you consider GOOD progress? I don’t mean amazing progress, but just something that shows the person has been dedicated atleast.
Like I’ve gained about 40lbs in 7 months, I did start out as being underweight, so that’s not really fair haha.

stringer, you won’t post pics of your progress. this is because you think that we will be able to “figure out” who you are, right?
there has to be one of the “basic” shots that you can provide that would show us (and maybe even shut some up) that your words are something that people might want to take a BIT more seriously.
But you’ll probably just twist this around and ask what I’m asking for like you did with Prof X’s request.
Professor X - and anyone else who’s interested - can now see some pics in my profile. I can’t pose, but I posted semi-relaxed front, back and wheels.
Been lifting seriously for about 15 months, now. My PR’s right now are probably around 105kg bench, 120kg front squat, 180kg deadlift… Just rough approximates though, I haven’t maxed out in a couple of months.
As for T-Cell Alpha; of course, not everyone there can be a master-blaster bodybuilder. However, some of the people posting, at a glance, lack discipline and motivation. Others are clueless, as I said before, and should be in the beginners section. That’s just my .02$, I’m not being militant about this or anything.
For the record, Stringer, I like how you come across, but you get called out = put up or shut up, otherwise there is no reason for people to think you’re anything BUT “some kid sitting in moms basement.”

i wont twist anything around. i honestly didnt know what prof x was getting at. i am not here wracking my brains thinking “oh my gawd theyve found out im in moms basement what if the professor gets cross and tracks me down and beats my ass?!”
ive already said, if people dont want to take my words seriously, then that is their choice (and mistake i might immodestly add). ive also explained twice why i have not posted pics. if you want more training history or whatever im happy to talk about that.
EDIT: i do not think you or prof x will be able to “figure out” who i am as we are strangers. however you are 100% correct in saying that i think there are people who use this site who would instantly know who i was. and ive explained why i want to avoid that.
Pro x if you read my comment you could see my view on the cell I wasn’t having a dig at any one but since you called me out.
My starting weight was 120kgs over weight %40 percent body fat there I have pmed and gotten great answers back from pro x in the past, as well as agron, avacado, and a few others.
I got down to 82kgs I tried to get to 80 but my body just wouldn’t do it im not sitting on 89-91kgs depending on the day I went from a size 44 to s size 36 I don’t know my body fat I’m not really worried about it either as its winter here my goal is to be around 103 by October I don’t think I will get there but I can try.
Bench - I started with dumb bells 15kgs now i got to 37.5 8 reps.
Barbell 125.5 3-6 reps
I normally do between 105 and 107.5 8-12 reps
I’ve only just started deads so no worth posting.
squats 80-100kg which isnt bad for some one that couldn’t walk with out a walking stick when they started training
I can also do 8 chin ups military style chest to bar
I think all this has taken less than 12 months or just over I cant remember when I signed up but thats when I started.
And since I am on this rant I was on a 1700 cal diet eating every two hours it took me about 4-5 months to drop down to 95kgs 95-82 was pretty easy but I couldn’t get below 82.
I spent a hour doing cardio in the morning and a hour doing weights at night with 30min of cardio after it. Now I just run once a week and I eat 3200 cals per day with 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight and two days a week I go go nuts and eat pizza maccas what ever I can get my hands on.
My cousin will also post on this account he has gone from 114kgs to 97 we both learnt everything from this site so ill drop him in as well
But yea as I said I haven’t knocked any ones progress I call it as I see it as I do and you do in every thread.

so modok, serious question, how big are your arms cos they look huge. 19s?
ive read that you have smallish wrists and maybe therefore not the greatest genetics. did you have any major sticking points along the road to getting those big arms and if so, what was your way of getting around it? massive eating, or a specific training approach?
hopefully you reply to my honest question and we can maybe turn this thread into something productive for the board.
