I just think threads like this are hilarious. Zarrs looks like he has never seen the inside of a gym…so why would he jump in to criticize a forum that has at least 15 people in it who make him look like pureed shit? The rest of these guys either look very average for people who claim to be weight lifters or refuse to post any pictures of their own progress yet go around calling every one else out.
That just makes no sense…and it is also why so many people have left who actually did qualify as “elite”.

Ya I enjoy how people are getting on my case for not having a perfect diet or being jacked as fuck after only a month training, especially since it’s by alot of faceless posters who apparently don’t even look like they lift weights.
The funny thing is if hadn’t posted for help in the T-Cell no one would even give a shit, apparently someone new who makes progress every week in the gym and wants to learn from the bigger guys in the T-Cell and posts a topic is “compromising” the integrity of the cell.
The other ironic thing is alot of the faceless posters are pissed off that I got invited to the cell in the first place. So maybe you can explain your reasoning to them for inviting me to the T-Cell because I keep getting flack for it from people.
Forgive my ignorance, but exactly what is the purpose of T-Cell Alpaha? I had an invite some time ago but…
