“Looking like that”, here’s what I knocked out this morning:
MURPH. 1 mile run through a steep valley.
100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, broken up into 25 EMOM rounds of 4/8/12. Paused the EMOM for 1 minute in the middle, meaning the calisthenics took just under 26 minutes. Full thing was 48 minutes (second run was SLOW).
1 mile run home, back through said valley.

I don’t think I look the part, but I’m in pretty good shape when it comes to GPP LOL.

I’m EXACTLY where I was weight-wise at the start of last year - I noted my weight on 1/1/25 at 191lbs, and on 1/1/26 at 190lbs.

@T3hPwnisher may recognize the “Looking like that” futurama reference… meant to be read in Nixon’s voice.

Guess i need to state some goals for this i guess. Ill keep it realistic and hopefully its doable all things considered ( come on muscle memory)as long as my old carcass stays together.

Let’s shot for…

Seated BTNP 225lbs for 5

Bench 315lbs for 5 plus

Squat 405lbs for 5 plus

For shits and giggles let’s throw in curl with a straight bar for 135lbs for 6 with decent form.

alright here’s this years starting point! 196 starting weight this year and 38” around the love handles there… let’s hit 175 and 34” and I’ll be happy with that “reset”

I don’t train BB but I’ve definitely noticed it in the mirror.
