Seriously incredible transformations so far!

I’ll try and take some mirrored pics from my starting ones and do side by sides for you today bud

Wow! Stiff competition this year. You guys did awesome. I’ll post some far-less-impressive transformation pics over the holiday weekend.

Beautiful - thank you!

Just to clarify, all; don’t kill yourselves to do the side by sides. It’s not a huge deal. It’s just a little easier for me if it’s something you know how to do and doesn’t cause any undue efforts.

@alex_uk looking seriously lean and jacked mate. Very nice work

@throwawayfitness what Can I say other than ‘Quality’

Snapped a final pic this morning. Hindsight I wish I would have gone back and looked at my starting pic to get a better comparison. I flexed on my “beginner” pic, but it was a back pic.

Oh well, I have no illusions I am winning this thing, as there are others much more deserving who I plan to vote for.

Going to have to call it here.I’m about to head out for the weekend, and not have service. I wasn’t able to carve out much more the last 6 weeks with the move. I’m slightly leaner in arms and legs, but not worth trying to undress at work bathroom for a photo, praying no one comes in. hahahah

Overall pleased with results. Especially considering six days into the year, I got laid off, and had 6 weeks to find a new job at company. I found one 2 days before deadline, worked it for five weeks, then got offered a new job out of state that was much better. I immediately got house ready to sell, moved family, then packed up house and drove across country. I’ll close on new home, in new state in one week. Very happy to not have gone backwards given all of this.

Lotta great work this year. Looking forward to carrying this momentum into next year.

Edit: here’s comparison side by side.

Sometimes not going backwards is the definition of going forwards. Bravo!

Man.. I thought about it, but would be so awkward for new employee to see me in underwear posing.

Thanks! Taking the win and making sure life going forward is conducive for personal goals.

You’re hard on yourself. I’m very impressed with what you’ve done

That’s a ton of success to cram into one half of a year - great work!

Weight at the start was sub 190 and I hit a low of 185… I’m now hovering a bit over 200 every day. Just started up building the monolith again a few days ago, so hoping to get my numbers and work capacity back up to around where they were this time last year. Overall, it’s been a successful ~ 6 months.

@TrainForPain and @T3hPwnisher thanks for doing this again fellas!

Congratulations everyone, tremendous achievements and you all look great!

It’s been a hell of a 2025 and for the past 6 weeks I have been physically kinda broken.
That’s not an excuse, as I could have transformed jan-march before everything went to shit. In fact back then I think I acknowledged the stress I was under already.
All that to say, I didn’t transform, and instead am in a worse place physically than I started the year out. No “after” pic coming from this direction, until next year’s challenge when I should be back at it.

I didn’t do anything special for the challenge; just worked out and lived life as normal. I probably shouldn’t have had pizza and popcorn for dinner the night before, but I went to a movie and I think that’s the law.

Plans: I turn 52 in a few weeks, and still plan on competing in a Hyrox competition and a couple of Crossfit events this year in the 50-54 age group. Can’t wait to turn 55 and see those weights drop (surprisingly, the 50-54 age group has the exact same workouts and weights as someone in their 20’s). Planning to pretty much keep up with what I’m doing for the foreseeable future.
