Chest day today. I’m getting up to sets of 8 with the 120s on dumbbell press through all incline levels at my gym (which is the max it has), but I hate barbell. Might have to find a new gym again soon! [IMG_2257]

I know your pain and then some on that. I had worked my way up to the 130s on dumbbell incline, which is the heaviest my gym has. And now I’m back in Canada, Training at my brother-in-law’s garage gym, which only goes up to 100 pound dumbbells. So my solution has been to add plate mates (2.5 pound p…
