Ok, my two initial photos are here @TrainForPain!
My current weight is 192lbs. My current goals: 1) Get stronger, 2) gain muscle, 3) get somewhat leaner.
Basically, I’d like to “look as I’m lifting” and to overcome my previous training maxes (5 reps) on big lifts.
Numbers to beat:
- Squats: 113kg
- Benchpress: 75kg
- Deadlift: 125kg
- Overhead press: 47.5kg
- Pendlay rows: 67.5kg
