play on mate. If you really had a go at that for 5 months you would deff transform.
Gonna get my bulk on!!!
Am I the only one who eats Uncrustables even in a deficit?
I thought this was required… Like drinking water and breathing- kind of required.
I’m live down under and have no idea what these are but the name conjures up many strange images…

That has gotta be your favorite gif.
It covers so many feelings at once. Plus, the gut and balding-ish head reminds me of myself.
I love how you started drinking milk. It saves so much fcking time and fairlife is protein packed!
It is quite the old school cheat code, ain’t that right boilerman?
So far, I definitely agree dude. It’s made weight gain a manageable goal again. Having you vouch for it makes it a no-brainer to give it a fair shot.
It’s a PB&J with the crust cut off and edges crimped down to avoid leakage.
Literally the most efficient PB&J to ever exist.
I appreciate how they sell them frozen, under the myth that you’ll let them thaw and become normal sandwiches.
They are DELICIOUS frozen.
Cutting crusts off seems like a way to reduce calories, these don’t sound like they are for me.
Yes I’ll be in, will help motivate me to get some consistency back.
T-Nation alum Brian Alsruhe just put out a video on losing body fat through basic grown-up discipline. Maybe helpful for some of us whose plans include leaning out (in a month, of course…).
My dog would hate me if I were to get those/do that. As soon as I get the tub out he knows he’s gonna get at least a little bit of peanut butter droppings as I eat it… be it on my sock, the floor, or even in my beard.
I am a peanut butter reprobate and it’s gonna stay that way. It’s made to go EVERYWHERE. Probably not a great moisturizer, but crunchy makes for a great exfoliating facewash.
I went too far.
You’re a braver man than I for bringing up these subjects, and your willingness to use absolutes while discussing them.
Easy now! Let’s not go there
Annnddd… we went there![]()
Adult part of me wants to join the challenge.
Child part of me knows I won’t win so doesn’t want to compete.
I’m too competitive sometimes.
