(Un)Official 2023 T-ransformation Challenge

Hmm… the only way i’m gonna pull off a transformation in that time is if I start stuffing my face 24/7 and become a chubster… I reckon I could go from looking 0 to 7-ish months pregnant in that time if I really tried hard.

But… no, i’ll pass.

Weighing in at 210 in the morning, and 214 (can’t remember what I was weighing in at during BtM, but this might be a high for me) before bed last night… My new program just came in last night… I’m SO ready to crush this.

Maybe I will join again, this time. My cut will start later than last times, but… why don’t try again? :slightly_smiling_face:

Just wanted to know, when I first thought about this, I asked if we had to wait until that date to start, or can we start now, as I was just getting in to the gym. Looking at the first post it has dates, so just wanted to confirm, if I upload pics into my log now and start is that allowed? or does it need to be per the post details?

Do me a favor and wait until the start dates. It keeps everything “even” and, most importantly, I’m less likely to completely lose track.

Nothing to stop you putting photos in your log and training now. But official start photo needs to be on the date. Just take another one in 2 weeks time.

For a minute there i contemplated squating more. You nearly got me!

I’m growing really nicely for my before picture, arms looking bigger and so is my stomach :rofl:

I was still too fat for aesthetics at the end of my recent cut, and am continuing to bulk/get fatter for most of the duration of this. I have a limit and don’t go past it but I’m still firmly chasing “big in a tshirt guy”. Topless pictures won’t show me in my best light at all but i’m happy to be the guy that makes everyone else feel better. :saluting_face:

…but then… maybe I’ll surprise myself after focusing a bit more on hypertrophy and in my next mini-cut suddenly look good (I use that term loosely) even at a decently high body fat.

I think this is all about taking part. I know I’m 100% not going to win seeing as I’m still holding a fair bit of body fat and I’m not massive and I do have a love of cider and a nice warm ale.

But I know that being part of this will help motivate and improve me rather than just working out normally etc.

You should run this in a bulk with reactive pump hypertrophy!! This is all about the transformation and adding solid mass is still a transformation right?
